Leigh Haas is the Founder and CEO of Mockingbird Land Services. She clears project access where policy, property, and people collide.
Haas brings political fluency and field execution in the same operating system. She started in public sector and campaign work, then built a national right of way career in contested corridors under deadline and scrutiny.
She has worked with more than two hundred energy and infrastructure companies across forty states, running right of way and land rights operations where regulatory review and community pressure decide the schedule.
