Known across industries as a connector who brings clarity, trust, and unmatched expertise to every project, Leigh specializes in land acquisition, right of way management, staffing, and stakeholder engagement within energy, utilities, renewables, and telecommunications.
Leigh’s career began in the fast paced world of political campaigns, where she mastered high stakes negotiations, clear strategic thinking, and complex stakeholder management. These early experiences set the foundation for her exceptional performance across critical infrastructure projects nationwide. With more than fifteen years in leadership roles, Leigh has successfully guided teams through some of North America’s most prominent infrastructure projects, including the Atlantic Coast Pipeline, Mountain Valley Pipeline, Sabal Trail, Nexus Gas Transmission, Nebraska Wind and Battery Storage, and numerous others.
